HUD Inspections
Basic Engineering, Inc. has been providing clients with home inspections based on HUD standards including FHA for over 15 years in the state of Florida. Our services include home inspections, contractor letters, roof inspections, commercial inspections, FHA compliance reports, radon testing, mold testing, water testing and seller consulting.
Land Survey

Storm Water Design & Engineering
Basic Engineering, Inc. has been designing stormwater systems for residential, commercial, industrial and governmental developments for over 15 years. Our engineers certify the system once it has been built, conduct a final survey of the levels and provide a stamped Work as Executed (WAE) plans for submission to authorities.
We liaise with local authorities to adjust the design for any specific requirements as needed, the results of which are quality, innovative stormwater design solution that is appropriate, sustainable and economical.
Underground/Aboveground Storage Tank Design
Basic Engineering, Inc.’s tank system design team have extensive experience in preparing timely, cost-effective plans and specifications for upgrade or replacement of existing, or installation of new aboveground storage tanks (AST) and underground storage tanks (UST) systems. When necessary during closure activities, we remediate stained soils by carrying out pre-removal sampling and analysis.
